Overview
In this 60-minute session for Year 1–4 special needs students, learners will explore various community jobs through engaging videos and a personalised quiz activity. The lesson fosters understanding of roles within the local community, links to students’ interests, and supports development of their identity in society. Lesson Breakdown (60 minutes)
1. Welcome and Introduction (5 minutes)
- Greet students warmly.

2. Video Watching: Community Jobs (15 minutes)

Step 2: Go through quiz questions one by one, supporting with images. For example:
- “Do you like helping people?” (Yes/No)
- “Do you like wearing a uniform?” (Yes/No)
- “Do you like working outside?” (Yes/No)
- Use thumbs up/down, pointing, or verbal answers depending on student ability.
Step 3: Together, review quiz results using a chart showing community jobs matched to their answers.
