Warm-Up Time!
Gentle marching on the spot Big arm circles forward and backward Gentle hopping on both feet Stretch up tall like a tree, then bend like grass in the wind

Static Balance Practice
Stand on your left foot for 5 seconds Now try your right foot for 5 seconds Use your arms to help you balance Look straight ahead at one spot It's okay to wobble - keep trying!

Walking the Line Challenge
Walk heel-to-toe along the tape line Keep your arms out for balance Take slow, careful steps Look ahead, not down at your feet Use the balance beam if you need extra help
