Understanding Resilience
Resilience means bouncing back from tough times It's like being a strong tree that bends but doesn't break Everyone can learn to be more resilient It takes practice and the right strategies

Coping Strategies Brainstorm
Work together to think of ways to cope with difficult feelings Share your ideas with the class We'll organize them into different categories Remember - everyone copes differently and that's okay!

Empathy Role-Play Time

Create Your Personal Resilience Plan
Fill in your own resilience template Include: My Strengths, My Support People, My Coping Strategies Use drawings, words, or both Decorate it to make it special and personal

Remember
'Being resilient doesn't mean you don't feel sad or worried sometimes. It means you know how to bounce back and ask for help when you need it.'
