Week 1 - Lesson 2: High and Low Sounds
WALT: We are learning to identify high and low sounds Success Criteria: Students can point up for high sounds, down for low sounds Use body movements to show pitch Explore voice sounds

Week 1 - Question Time
What animal makes a HIGH sound? What animal makes a LOW sound? Can you make your voice go high like a bird? Can you make your voice go low like an elephant?

Week 2 - Lesson 1: Fast and Slow Tempo
WALT: We are learning to move to fast and slow music Success Criteria: Students can adjust movement speed to match music tempo Turtle walk (slow) Rabbit hop (fast)
Week 2 - Activity: Traffic Light Tempo
Green light = fast music and movement Yellow light = medium speed Red light = stop and freeze Listen carefully for tempo changes

Week 2 - Lesson 2: Loud and Soft Dynamics
WALT: We are learning to sing and play loudly and softly Success Criteria: Students can demonstrate forte (loud) and piano (soft) Whisper voice vs. strong voice Gentle shakers vs. strong shakers
