Foundation (Prep) Language Lesson We Are Learning To sign numbers 1-10 in Auslan
What is Auslan?
Auslan is Australian Sign Language It uses hands, face and body to communicate It's used by Deaf and hearing people in Australia Today we'll learn numbers 1-10!
Let's Start with Numbers 1-3
Watch carefully as I show you Copy my hand movements Number 1: Point up with index finger Number 2: Peace sign (index and middle finger) Number 3: Thumb, index and middle finger up
Numbers 4-6 Practice
Number 4: Four fingers up (not thumb) Number 5: All five fingers spread wide Number 6: Touch thumb to pinky, other fingers up Practice together - I'll call out numbers!
Numbers 7-10 Challenge
