Lesson 3: Breathing and Submersion

Bubble Blowing Challenge
Sit on pool bottom and blow bubbles slowly Make humming sounds underwater Count to 5 using fingers with eyes open Pick up objects from pool floor

Lesson 4: Introduction to Floating
WALT: Understand floating principles and attempt back float with support Success Criteria: Explain what makes us float, try supported back float Differentiation: Extra support aids, shorter floating attempts Extension: Independent float for 5 seconds
