A messenger brought the news Jesus heard that Lazarus was sick But Jesus had an important response

His sickness won't end in death. It will bring glory to God and his Son.
Jesus Waits Two More Days
Jesus loved Martha, Mary, and Lazarus But he stayed where he was He waited for two more days
Time to Go to Judea
After two days, Jesus decided to go He told his disciples Now we'll go back to Judea
Arriving in Bethany
Jesus reached the town of Bethany Lazarus had been in the tomb For four whole days
Martha Hears Jesus Has Come
Someone told Martha the good news Jesus had arrived in Bethany She ran out to meet him
Mary Stays in the House
Mary was too sad to come out She stayed inside the house Crying with the other people
Martha Meets Jesus
Martha found Jesus on the road She had something important to say Her heart was full of sadness and hope
Martha's Words to Jesus
Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died. Yet even now I know that God will do anything you ask.
