Warm-Up Time!
Follow the Leader movements Jogging on the spot Arm circles and stretches Jumping jacks Get our muscles ready to move

Good Running Form
Head up, looking forward Arms bent and swinging gently Relaxed hands (not tight fists) Land on the middle of your feet Breathe steadily - in through nose, out through mouth

Practice Course Fun
Run through cone obstacles Practice smooth turns Focus on good form Run with a buddy Give encouraging words

Run and Rest Relay Teams
