Teaching Instructions

I currently have a year 8 pe class for 3 lessons. which lasts for 1hour and 45 minutes. one lesson will be spent in the class while the other 2 will be spent doing practical pe. we are currently doing Gaelic football to start off week one. could you give me a gaelic football session for 2 periods and a classroom activity for them. the ability level is low.
