Students will be divided into groups of 6 and rotate through three skill stations (each lasting approximately 6 minutes).

    • Each student must dribble through the cones and back, focusing on maintaining close control.

    • Set two cones 10 metres apart for each pair.
  • Activity:
    • Students pair up and pass the ball back and forth, trying to hit a target (cone or marked area) set between them.

Station 3: Shooting Skills

  • Objective: Develop shooting technique and accuracy.
  • Setup:
    • Place a goal or a marked area for targets.
  • Activity:
    • Students take turns shooting at the goal from different distances, focusing on technique and follow-through.

Mini-Tournament Preparation (5 minutes)

  • Team Allocations: Organise students into teams of 5-6.
  • Discussion: Briefly discuss the strategies learned in previous lessons and how they can apply them in the tournament.
  • Roles: Assign specific roles (goalkeeper, forwards, defenders) within each team to promote understanding of strategies during the tournament.
