  1. 12–28 min — Guided extraction (small groups)

  1. 28–38 min — Turning requirements into a checklist
  • As a class, convert extracted information into testable checklist items.
  • Students write their own checklist sectioned into: Content checks, Visual/quality checks, Technical checks, and Ethical/access checks.
  1. 38–48 min — “Meaning vs assumptions” clarification
  • Teacher introduces common issues: vague wording, missing sizes/resolution, unspecified file formats, and unclear usage rights.
  • Students mark 3–5 items on their checklist as either “explicit in brief” or “assumption I must confirm,” and write 1–2 questions they would ask the client.
  1. 48–57 min — Micro-presentation & peer feedback
  • Each student (or team) presents their brief summary and top three checklist items.
  • Peers provide feedback using a structured question: “Does your checklist directly help you verify a successful outcome?”
  1. 57–60 min — Exit reflection
