Shows events in the order they happened Uses dates to organise information Helps us understand someone's life story Goes from earliest event to latest event Like a map of someone's life journey

FIRST - what happened at the beginning NEXT - what came after that THEN - what followed next FINALLY - what happened at the end Practice using these words when we tell stories
