Lesson structure (40 minutes)

  1. 27–32 minutes – Review and self-check

Display the self-check prompts. Students choose two completed questions and check their calculations, units, diagrams and signs. They may correct errors in a different colour and should mark questions they could not attempt with a small question mark.

  1. 32–37 minutes – Confidence reflection

Return to the reflection prompts. Students write on the final section of the worksheet:

Invite students to share a general observation with a partner, without requiring them to reveal marks or unfinished work.

  1. 37–40 minutes – Collection and closing

Use the closing slide to reinforce that mistakes are useful information. Collect worksheets in seating-plan order, or ask students to place them face down in a designated tray. Briefly explain that the responses will help shape upcoming revision and support.
