Lesson structure (50 minutes)

  1. 0–5 min · Reconnect and prepare. Display the learning intention and success criteria using the opening and learning-intention slides.   2. 5–12 min · Demonstrate the technique.   7. 48–50 min · Plenary and exit check. Return to the plenary reflection slides and ask students to respond to: “Why is dry-fitting important when making a finger joint?” Students share a brief answer with a partner, then show a hand signal for their confidence: ready to continue, need a check next lesson, or need significant support.
