  2. 5–11 min – Teach the evaluation language Use the evaluation vocabulary slides to introduce the five attributes: rise, texture, colour, flavour and shape. Model precise vocabulary such as well-risen, even, crumbly, moist, golden, pale, cheesy, bland, round and uneven. Explain that students should make one observation before making a judgement.
