Lesson structure (60 minutes)

  1. 0–5 min · Movement hook. Teacher displays a striking image of a sprinter in the starting position and asks, “What is happening inside the body to create this movement?” using the movement hook slide.   2. 5–15 min · Direct teaching and modelling.
