these are my learning intetions

  1. Students can explain the difference between health, wellbeing and fitness
  2. Students can explain the benefits of different nutrients and what foods they are found in for number 2 students are making posters and presenting them to the class on their nutrient but Im not sure what to do for 1. I have definti0ns of health and wellbeing that they are going to need to get down, but I dont know what interactive activityr I can include to keep them engaged
