Feet shoulder-width apart for balance Knees slightly bent - not stiff! Face your target directly Keep your core strong and stable

The Follow-Through
Extend your arms toward the target Fingers point down after release Step forward with your passing foot Keep watching your target
Partner Passing Practice
Stand 3 meters apart from your partner Use proper grip, stance, and follow-through Start with 10 gentle passes each Give your partner positive feedback!
