Chest Pass: Push from chest with both hands Bounce Pass: Aim ball to bounce once before receiver Step forward when passing Keep eyes on your target Use your whole body, not just arms
Game 1: Pass the Ball Relay
Teams of 5 behind start cones First player runs forward and passes to next player Receiver catches and runs to back of line Continue until everyone has passed and caught Focus on accuracy over speed
