Warm-Up: Soccer Chase Tag
Gentle jogging around the field Fun chase and tag games Practice basic ball control from previous lessons Activate muscles and get ready to learn
Two Types of Soccer Shots
Instep Shot - using the top part of your foot Volley Shot - kicking the ball before it touches the ground Stand with one foot beside the ball Keep your eyes on the ball Follow through with your kicking foot
Guided Shooting Practice
Shooting zones at 3, 5, and 7 metres from goal Take turns shooting at targets Practice instep shots first Try volley shots with teacher help Focus on technique and aiming
Small-Sided Shooting Game
Groups of 5 students each Take turns shooting at mini goals Encourage teammates and share tips Focus on shooting rather than competition Advanced students try longer distances
