Lesson Objectives

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

Lesson Breakdown

1. Warm-Up & Introduction (10 minutes)

Objective: Prepare students physically for practical activities and introduce key concepts.

Activity:

  • Dynamic warm-up (5 minutes)
    • Light jogging around the area
    • High knees
    • Butt kicks
    • Arm circles
    • Bodyweight squats
