Then they give gratitude too.Time to Chat - Ask children to think about something they are grateful for since the last session, based on the 3categories.Mini - Watch the mini video, ‘Why Does Gratitude Matter’.Activity Time - Now that they have watched the video, children will have 3 minutes to think of an example of gratitudefor themselves, an experience, or another person for every letter in the alphabet.Happy Breathing (Approx 2 mins) - This Happy Breathing is called 'For Focus'. It will help children appreciate the littlethings they might forget.Time to Journal - Ask children to think about someone in their life who helps them. Get them to write why they aregrateful for them and they should also make a plan for how they are going to tell them.
