This 60-minute lesson aims to deepen Year 5 pupils’ understanding of the life cycles of birds and reptiles, in alignment with the UK National Curriculum for Science (Years 3-6). Pupils will explore key stages in both life cycles, compare similarities and differences, and engage in hands-on, creative activities that embed knowledge through visual and kinaesthetic learning.

2. Input and Exploration (15 mins) – Life Cycles Uncovered
