Simple steps: Give one instruction at a time (e.g. "Look at the picture. Now choose a shape. Now stick it."). Keep tasks short.

Visual supports: Use the drain photos, shape cards and real counters (buttons or toy bugs). Model each step slowly and mirror actions.

Response choices: Allow pointing, placing a token, or verbal answer. Offer two choices first, then three as tolerated.

Sensory & movement: Let your child cut with safety scissors, use glue or sticky-tape, and take short sensory breaks. Use tactile materials (textured paper) for interest.
