Bohr Atom Diagrams (simple, unlabeled)

About this illustration

Three Bohr atom diagrams of increasing complexity shown side by side, each numbered 1–3. Diagram 1 (Hydrogen-like, 1 electron, 1 proton, 1 neutron) shows a single electron orbit with one electron, and a nucleus containing one proton (+) and one neutron (n). Diagram 2 (Lithium-like, 3 electrons, 3 protons, 4 neutrons) shows two electron shells with electrons distributed, and a larger nucleus. Diagram 3 (Neon-like, 10 electrons, multiple protons and neutrons) shows two shells fully populated and a large nucleus. Below each diagram is a data-entry box with blanks for number of protons (+) and neutrons (n). At the bottom is a legend/key strip with blanks for proton, neutron, and electron labels. All label fields are blank lines for student completion — no printed text labels visible except the particle symbols (+, n, −) used as icons.
