Think about what happens to your body when you start moving How does your heart rate change? What about your muscles?
Let's Play! Dynamic Tag Circuit
Game duration: 10-12 minutes Movement changes every 1-2 minutes Listen for whistle signals Focus on effort, not just speed
Differentiation Strategies
{"left":"Low Fitness: Allow walking breaks, adjust tagger speed\nHigh Fitness: Add challenging movement patterns","right":"Physical Limitations: Tagger or judge roles, arm movements\nSocial Anxiety: Partner support, gradual role rotation"}
Cool Down & Reflection
Slow walking to reduce heart rate Deep breathing exercises Quick self-assessment: How warmed up do you feel? Partner feedback on effort and encouragement
