  • Activity:
    1. Discuss different job ideas as a class for inspiration.
    2. Students individually write their paragraphs in their notebooks.
    3. Convene to share some of the paragraphs with the class.

Page 3: Vocabulary Review (20 minutes)

Review Activity

  • Materials: Flashcards with vocabulary words.

  • Instructions:

    1. Each student is given a flashcard with a vocabulary word.
    2. Students find a partner and take turns explaining their word.
    3. After the explanation, they switch cards and find a new partner.

    Example Words: Economy, Philosopher, Innovation, Democracy, Narrative, Perspective

  • Game: Vocabulary Bingo:

    1. Create bingo cards with vocabulary words in the squares.
    2. Call out definitions, students mark the corresponding word on their cards.

Conclusion and Homework (10 minutes)

    • Find one more word from the unit's vocabulary and write a sentence using it.
