(This is for physical education. Begin with a warm up. The lesson is going to be Ice Cream Rush: the objective is to have a cone, and put like a volleyball on the small cone, and have the students carry it through an obstacle course zigzagging through cones set up., and going back to their team. If they drop the ice cream, they must stop where they are, use their feet to pick up the ball, and set it on the cone. Once they finish, they pass the cone off, and sit down to signal they are done. This is a relay race, so it’s the first team to get everyone done. Set a timer for five-10 minutes, and play some music to get the flow going. I will demonstrate how the game operates and functions before we begin. State the objectives and what I hope for them to achieve in the beginning of the lesson plan. Then, offer an alternative approach for IEP students, and disabled students, so everyone can participate. So, functional for wheelchair users as well. End with a cool down.)
