Recognizing Perspectives

Overview

This 18-day lesson plan is specifically tailored to 5th-grade English Language Arts students using the Benchmark Advanced (Grade 5, Unit 4, Recognizing Author’s Point of View) curriculum. The lesson plan aligns with US educational standards and includes engaging activities, PowerPoint presentations, and notes to enhance learning. Students will develop skills to understand author’s perspectives, make connections between texts, and express opinions through writing tasks.
