Lesson Breakdown (20 Minutes)

1. Warm-Up: The Mystery Box (5 Minutes)

Objective: Build excitement and introduce the number 10.

• Bring out a decorated "Mystery Box."
• Tell students, "Inside this box, I have a very special number! Let's count together as I take out the objects."
• Slowly pull out 10 small objects one by one, counting aloud with the class.
