Character Creation

Overview

In this engaging 30-minute session, second-grade students will develop their own mystery story characters by exploring character traits and motivations. This activity supports building narrative skills and deepens understanding of how characters influence a story’s plot — a vital part of literacy development aligned with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS).
