Overview

This 30-minute lesson guides 2nd graders through understanding story structure using Amplify CKLA Grade 2 Knowledge Strand 6, Lesson 3. Students will explore characters, setting, and events within a story, aligning with Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts. The lesson includes read-aloud, group discussion, and a creative drawing and writing activity to reinforce comprehension and narrative skills.
