You Do: Students complete reading, spelling, and sentence activities independently or with a buddy.

🟦 Autism: Provide printed word lists in advance. Use consistent routine and visual schedules. Allow quiet workspace.

🟨 ADHD: Use movement breaks between tasks. Offer fidget tools. Chunk tasks into 2–3 minute bursts. Use timer visuals.

🟥 ODD: Offer choice (e.g., "Would you like to start with reading or spelling?"). Avoid power struggles — use calm, neutral tone. Praise effort privately.

🧠 Dyslexia-Friendly Tips: Use sans-serif font (e.g., Arial). Increase line spacing. Allow verbal responses. Use coloured overlays if needed. Never ask students to read aloud without prior practice.

Focus: Short vowel sounds — a, e, i, o, u in consonant-vowel-consonant (CVC) patterns.
