These are the English resources that live in the classroom rather than the exercise book: story mountain planners and inference planning mats for structuring thinking, sentence strips and word mats for scaffolding writing, editing checklists for the redrafting stage, and card packs covering figurative language, grammar terminology and retrieval questions. Coverage is strongest in Years 3–6, with material from early Year 1 phonics support through to Year 11 analysis skills.

Every resource is a free A4 PDF. Mats and planners work well laminated for repeated use; card packs are made to cut once and keep in a labelled tub.

Which year levels are covered?

Years 1–11, weighted towards Years 3–6. Each printable lists its year range, and many scaffolds (like editing checklists and planning mats) adapt easily a year or two either side.

Do I need to laminate these?

Not required, but word mats, planning mats and reference posters get heavy reuse — laminating them (or slipping them into wallets) means one print lasts the year.
