4. Choose one abiotic factor (temperature, pH, moisture, oxygen). Explain how a change in this factor would affect the life process you described. Use an observation you could make (primary or secondary data).

5. Choose one biotic factor (competition, predation, symbiosis, available food). Describe how this biotic factor affects the organism's life process.

6. Measurement plan: State one specific change you could measure to link environment → life process (what you will measure, units, and simple method). Example: "colony count (CFU) per cm² using plate counts" or "growth rate (mm/day)".
