cleared for farming and development. Fortunately, many conservation groups are working

to protect kiwis. They have set up predator-free sanctuaries where kiwis can breed safely.

Some programmes also involve local schools in kiwi protection efforts. In conclusion, while

kiwis face serious challenges, there is hope for their future through conservation work.
