"Yesterday morning I woke up late and rushed to get ready for school. I forgot my lunch and nearly missed the bus. When I arrived, my teacher asked why I was late. I tried to explain but the bell rang straight away. During interval, I borrowed food from my friend and we talked about the game. After school, later in English, we had to write a paragraph and it was hard to concentrate because people were talking. When the final bell went, I packed my bag quickly and met my mates outside. We walked to the courts, played basketball, listened to music, and laughed a lot. Someone said, 'Should we stay longer?' but the sky was getting dark, so we headed home tired but happy."
