Think about your contribution to the car wash fundraiser planning session. Answer honestly: reflection is about noticing what helped and choosing a useful next step.

Look back

Use evidence from the session: something you said, did, decided or helped your team complete.

1.Grace says the team made progress because everyone left with a clear task. Which detail would be the strongest evidence that this goal was met?

The group had lots of ideas.

Turn reflection into action

A useful goal is specific, achievable and time-bound. Make it clear what you will do and how you will recognise progress.

7.Write one goal for your next group session. Include the action you will take and when you will do it.

8.What would help you take that next step? Choose one support, or name another: a written checklist, a clear role, extra planning time, a peer check-in, or a quick progress check with an adult.

9.Write one sign you could observe or record to show whether you met your goal.

10.A teammate gives you feedback that your instructions were difficult to follow. Write a respectful response that shows you have listened and names a next step.
