What is -10 °C in Fahrenheit?

This thermometer reads -10 °C. In Fahrenheit that is 14 °F, and on the Kelvin scale 263.15 K.

Celsius: -10 °C

Conversion: (-10 × 9) ÷ 5 + 32 = 14
Compared with freezing: 10 °C below

To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit, multiply by 9, divide by 5 and add 32: (-10 × 9) ÷ 5 + 32 = 14, so -10 °C is 14 °F.
This reading is 10 degrees below zero, so it is below the freezing point of water — the liquid in the tube has dropped past the 0 mark into the negative numbers.
On the Kelvin scale, used in science because it starts at absolute zero, the same temperature is 263.15 K — Kelvin degrees are the same size as Celsius degrees, so converting is just adding 273.15.
