Fun with Speaking

Create a 60-minute English lesson plan for young learners (ages 6–10) in Vietnam.

3. Controlled Practice (10–15 min)

• Guided speaking activities
• Repetition + pair practice
• Use simple sentence building

4. Speaking Activity (20–25 min)

• Fun, real-life scenario (roleplay or game)
• Encourage full sentences
• Include movement or interaction

5. Feedback & Correction (5–10 min)

• Focus on pronunciation and expanding answers

Requirements:

• Keep instructions simple and clear
• Use fun themes (school, food, friends, family, games)
• Include example teacher language (what I should say)
• Include expected student responses
• Avoid heavy grammar explanations
• Make it highly engaging and confidence-building
