Teaching Instructions

I need a lesson plan for intro sports and recreation I want this class to focus more on the career base. I want group activities and hands on experience mixed with little of lecture. I want the focus to be as interactive as possible. Week one I need the first day to be rules and exceptions what we will be focusing on and telling them about myself and my role as an operational manger for a fitness center including my experience with personal training.I would like to play a game with the students doing group trivia about sports and pop culture.
