   Show flashcards of the words car, bird, and nurse. Ask students to repeat after you and perform an action related to each word (e.g., driving for "car," flapping arms for "bird," and wearing a stethoscope for "nurse").

Presentation Phase (10 minutes)

1. Listen and Learn:
   Play the audio from the textbook's Unit 1 on pronunciation. Ensure students listen to how each word is pronounced. Highlight the specific sounds when each word is spoken.

2. Interactive Whiteboard Activity:
   Display the words car, farm, park, star, bird, girl, nurse, and purple on the whiteboard. Play an audio clip, and ask students to point to the correct word on the board.

Practice Phase (15 minutes)

1. Listen, Point, and Read:
   Use the interactive projector to display word-image pairs. Call on students to come up and match words with pictures (e.g., car with an image of a car). As a class, read the words aloud together.

2. Listen and Match Game:
   Distribute a handout with mixed-up sentences. Play a recording with sentences describing the worksheet images. Students listen and write the correct word under each image.

3. Chant Together:
   Introduce the class chant:
   "There's a car at the farm and a star in the park.
   The girl takes her purple bird to the nurse."

   Lead the students in chanting aloud to practice rhythm, tone, and pronunciation.

Production Phase (10 minutes)

   Pair students up and provide them with flashcards. Each pair creates a short dialogue using the words. For instance, “The bird is at the park.” Encourage creativity and practice speaking.

2. Goodbye Chant:
