The First T: Teamwork
Everyone has a job to do We all work toward the same goal No one person does everything We celebrate success together

The Second T: Talk Politely
Use kind words Listen when others speak Say 'please' and 'thank you' Take turns talking

Practice Polite Talk
Partner up with a classmate Practice saying: 'What do you think?' Practice saying: 'That's a great idea!' Remember to listen carefully

The Third T: Think About Others
Consider how others feel Share materials and space Help classmates when they need it Include everyone in activities

The Fourth T: Be Trustworthy
Keep your promises Do your part of the work Tell the truth Be someone others can count on
