The Bunny’s Egg Hunt

On Easter morning, Pip the rabbit packed six eggs decorated with bright patterns into a basket. Their shells included a warm sunset shade, a royal shade and the colour of fresh grass. Pip tiptoed into the garden. He tucked one egg beside a large pot, two beneath a leafy bush, and the others near the garden gate.
Soon, Isla and Hana came outside. They searched carefully. Isla spotted an egg by the pot. Hana found two under the bush.
“Look, there are more by the gate!” Isla called. The children put the eggs in their baskets. Pip watched from behind a tree and gave a happy hop. He loved sharing a surprise.
