Help the cooking class prepare snack mix and scale recipes. Ratios compare quantities in a stated order. You can write a ratio with words, a colon, or as a fraction. Simplify a ratio by dividing both parts by the same number.

Snack Mix Comparisons

Jayden and Gabriela are mixing pretzels and cereal for cooking class.

1.The snack mix has 6 pretzels and 4 cereal squares. Write the ratio of pretzels to cereal squares in words, with a colon, and as a fraction. Keep the parts in that order.
