Emotion Vocabulary Reflection Mat

This printable is a student-facing SEL (emotion vocabulary) reflection mat with six labeled boxes: identify feeling (with simple emoticon choices and a blank for an emotion word), other words that fit, trigger, how I showed it, what helped/could help, and a short action plan with checkboxes. It scaffolds vocabulary and metacognition so pupils practise naming feelings, connecting causes to reactions and planning regulated responses. The layout is compact and designed for individual use as a quick wellbeing check or lesson closure activity.
