This resource is a single A4 printable containing 12 themed vocabulary cards, each with a coloured header, a simple icon, a one-sentence definition and an example sentence showing the theme in use. It's designed to introduce and reinforce theme-related vocabulary and support students when identifying themes in texts. Cards are intended to be cut out for hands-on matching, sorting or display.
