If your state counts days or hours (Georgia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Washington and others): the attendance sheet, from day one.
If you have an evaluation or report (Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, Quebec, Australia, Ireland): the portfolio checklist and the report card.
High school: the transcript from grade 9 and the diploma at the end.
